Eazymoov has built-in chat so you can ask instructors questions.
Starting a conversation
You can message an instructor from:
- an exercise page → Message Instructor
- a class page → Message Instructor
- the Chat tab → New Conversation (search for the instructor by name)
The conversation keeps a note of what it started from (a class or an exercise) so the instructor has context.
Sending messages
Open the conversation, type in the box at the bottom and send. New replies arrive in real time while you have the app open, and you get a "New chat message" notification otherwise.
Read receipts
Messages show as read once the other person opens the conversation.
Who can message whom
Members message instructors. Instructors can also start a conversation with you (for example about a training plan or a monthly check-in).
