Instructor programs you join with a code
Accessing program content
Once you're enrolled in a program, its exercises and series unlock for you. The active period A program has a start date and an end date: - Before the start date, the content is not yet available. - Between the dates, the program's exercises and series are unlocked — even if you have no subscription. - After the end date, that content locks again. What's included Only the exercises and series that the instructor added to that program. It does not unlock the rest of the library. Program exercises show a Program badge in the Exercise tab so you can tell them apart. Finding your programs Program-linked content appears alongside the normal library. If you also have an NFC session card, enrolling in a program automatically links it to your card for class check-in. Classes in the program The program's live classes can be attended without a subscription or session card — see Checking in to program classes. Leaving / being removed If an instructor removes you from a program, or the program ends, the unlocked content is no longer accessible unless you have a subscription or trial.
Checking in to program classes
If you're enrolled in a program, you can attend that program's live classes without a subscription or session card. Your program QR code 1. Open Session Cards (from Home or your profile). 2. Go to the Programs section and pick the program. 3. Show the program QR code to your instructor at the class. The QR code refreshes every 90 seconds for security — just keep the screen open and let it rotate. A small countdown shows when the next refresh is due. What the scan does - It checks that you're enrolled in the program and that the class belongs to that program. - It records your attendance. No session is deducted — program check-ins are free. - The instructor sees a confirmation with your name and the class. If the scan fails - Not enrolled – your enrolment isn't active; check with your instructor. - No active class / class not in program – the class isn't part of this program, or it's outside the class time window (there's a 15-minute grace period around the scheduled time). - Expired – the QR rotated while scanning; let it refresh and try again. Offline Program QR codes work without internet as long as you've opened the Session Cards screen once while online. See Using Eazymoov offline.
Joining a program with a code
A program is a multi-week course run by an instructor. It bundles specific exercises, series and classes, and runs between a start and end date. Get the code Your instructor gives you a short enrollment code (for example TAI2024 — 6 characters, letters and numbers). Enter it 1. Open your Profile. 2. Find the program enrolment option and tap it. 3. Type the code and tap Enroll. 4. On success you'll see "You are now enrolled in [program]. You can find it under My Programs." If the code isn't recognised, double-check it with your instructor — codes are not case-sensitive. Already enrolled? If you enter a code for a program you're already in, the app just tells you so — nothing changes. What you get - Access to the exercises and series in the program during its active period, even without a subscription. - The ability to check in to the program's classes with a QR code. See Accessing program content and Checking in to program classes. Instructor-added enrolment An instructor can also add you to a program directly. In that case you don't need a code — the program simply appears for you.
