Session Cards
10-session cards, QR check-in and NFC cards
About session cards
A session card (also called a stamp card) is a digital 10-session pass for in-person classes, issued by an instructor. Key facts - Each card holds 10 sessions. - A card is valid for 1 year from the day it's issued. - Sessions are used one at a time when you enrol in or check in to a class. - Only an instructor can issue a card โ you can't buy one in the app. Getting a card Ask your instructor at a class. They issue it to your account (by searching your name, scanning a QR code, or linking a physical NFC card). It then appears under Session Cards in the app. Using sessions - Enrolling in a class in the app deducts 1 session immediately. Unenrolling refunds it. - Checking in at an in-person class by showing your QR code deducts 1 session โ unless you're already enrolled in that class, in which case it just records attendance. Card states | State | Meaning | | --- | --- | | Active | Has sessions left and hasn't expired | | Completed / Full | All 10 sessions used | | Expired | Past its 1-year validity | Completed and expired cards move to a Past Cards list. Running low or expiring You get a notification when a card is close to expiring so you can use the remaining sessions. If an instructor scanned one time too many, they can remove a session to correct it.
Linking a physical NFC card
Some instructors hand out a physical NFC card (a plastic card you tap against your phone). You can link it to your Eazymoov account so its sessions show up in the app. When to link If your instructor gave you a physical card before you had the app โ or registered it under just your name โ linking it transfers everything to your account. How to link 1. Open your Profile and choose Link physical card (Claim NFC card). 2. Tap Tap Card to Link and hold the physical card to the back of your phone. 3. The app shows the card details it found โ check the name is yours. 4. Tap Yes, Link This Card. All sessions on that card are transferred to your account automatically. From then on, the card's QR code in the app works for check-in just like a normal session card. Requirements - Your phone must support NFC and have it switched on (Android: in Settings; iPhone: NFC is always on). - The card must not already be linked to a different account. If it is, the app says so โ ask your instructor to sort it out. After linking - You can show either the QR code in the app or tap the physical card at class โ both work. - If you enrol in a program, it's automatically linked to the card too.
Showing your session card QR code
At an in-person class, your instructor scans a QR code from your phone to record your attendance. Show the code 1. Open Session Cards from Home or your profile. 2. Find your active card and tap Show QR. 3. Hold the screen up for your instructor to scan. The card shows how many sessions are left (for example "3 sessions left"). The code rotates For security the QR code refreshes every 90 seconds and each code is valid for about 2 minutes. Keep the screen open and let it rotate โ a countdown shows the time until the next refresh. If your instructor sees "QR code has expired", let it refresh and try again. What happens on a successful scan - 1 session is deducted, and you see the new count ("Session recorded! 4 / 10 sessions"). - If it's your last session, the card is marked complete. - If you were already enrolled in that class, attendance is recorded with no session deducted. Multiple QR codes If you have more than one thing to show (a session card, a subscription code, a program code), the Session Cards screen lets you swipe between them. Show the one that applies to the class. Offline The QR codes keep working without internet, as long as you've opened this screen once while online. An "offline" banner appears and the codes still rotate. See Using Eazymoov offline.
Unlimited subscription check-in
If you have an Unlimited subscription, you don't need a session card for in-person classes โ you check in with a subscription QR code instead. Show it 1. Open Session Cards from Home or your profile. 2. Look for the Unlimited Subscription QR code (marked with an "Unlimited" badge). 3. Show it to your instructor to verify your active subscription. Like the session card code, it refreshes every 90 seconds โ keep the screen open. What the scan does Your instructor sees "Valid unlimited subscription!" and your attendance is recorded. Nothing is deducted โ Unlimited covers unlimited classes. If your subscription lapses The subscription QR code only verifies while your plan is active. If you cancel or it expires, the code no longer validates and you'd need a session card or program enrolment to attend in person. Offline Works without internet if you've opened the Session Cards screen once while online. See Using Eazymoov offline.
