Finding and practising individual exercises
Exercise categories (including breathing)
Every exercise belongs to one category. Use the Categories filter in the Exercise tab to focus on one type of practice. | Category | Typical use | | --- | --- | | Tai Chi | Flowing forms and movement sequences | | Qigong | Energy-cultivation exercises, often gentle and repetitive | | Balance | Standing stability and weight-shifting work | | Breathing | Breathwork and breath-focused practice | | Meditation | Still, seated or standing awareness practice | | Warm Up | Short openers to do before a longer session | | Cool Down | Gentle closers to finish a session | Breathing exercises Breathwork lives in the Breathing category. Filter to it to see all breath-focused exercises, then play one like any other exercise โ it's logged as a session and counts toward your goals and streak. If you want a daily breathing habit, create a Daily Practice goal and give it a breathing focus โ see Creating a goal. Building a themed session Combine a Warm Up, a main Tai Chi or Qigong exercise, and a Cool Down into one series so you can run the whole thing back-to-back. See Creating a series.

Practising an exercise
Tap an exercise, then tap Play to start the video. The video player - The video plays full-screen. Tap once to show or hide the controls. - Rotate your phone for a larger view. Mirrored view Some exercises have a Mirrored view option. This flips the video so the instructor's left is your left โ useful when you're following along facing the screen. If an exercise doesn't have a mirrored version yet, the option says so. Auto-repeat You can turn on Auto-repeat exercise video in Profile โ Playback. The video then loops until you stop it. The video is cached on your device, so replaying it uses no extra data. Sessions are logged automatically When you watch an exercise to the end, Eazymoov records a session for you: - It counts toward your goals and streak. - It appears in your practice history. - It may unlock a badge. If auto-repeat loops the video several times in one sitting, it still counts as one history entry (the extra minutes are added to that same session). Other things on the exercise page - Add to Series โ put this exercise into one of your series. - Heart icon โ save it to your favourites. - Message Instructor โ start a chat about this exercise. - Related exercises and the series this exercise appears in.
