Goals, streaks, badges and history

Badges

Badges are milestones you unlock as you practise. They're awarded automatically β€” there's nothing to claim. Where to see them - Goals tab β†’ Badges – all badges, with the ones you've earned highlighted. - Home β†’ Next badge widget – the badge you're closest to earning, with a progress bar. - When you unlock one, a "Badge Earned!" toast pops up and you get a notification. What badges track Different badges are tied to different kinds of progress, for example: - Reaching a day streak (e.g. a 7-day streak) - Completing a number of sessions overall - Total minutes practised - Attending a number of live classes - Completing a number of breathing sessions - Completing a number of series - Creating goals, completing goals, or keeping a goal streak Each badge has a target number; when your matching stat reaches it, the badge unlocks. Notes - Paused goals don't count toward goal-related badges while paused. - Badges are permanent once earned.

Creating a goal

Goals turn "I want to practise more" into something you can see progress on. Create one 1. Go to the Goals tab and tap + Add (or Create goal from Home). 2. Pick a goal type (see below). 3. Give it a name (e.g. "Morning Tai Chi"). 4. Set the target number. A suggested value for your training level is shown. 5. Optionally turn on a Daily Reminder and pick a time. 6. Tap Create Goal. Goal types | Type | You aim to… | | --- | --- | | Daily Practice | Practise X minutes every day | | Weekly Minutes | Accumulate X minutes over the week | | Weekly Sessions | Complete X sessions in the week | | Active Days | Be active on X different days in the week | | Weekly Series | Complete X series in the week | | Streak Goal | Reach an X-day practice streak | | Monthly Classes | Attend X live classes this calendar month | You can have several goals at once. Every exercise, series, or (for class goals) enrolment counts automatically β€” there's nothing to log by hand. Reminders If you enable a reminder, you'll get a nudge at the time you chose. Make sure Goal reminders are enabled in Profile β†’ Notification Preferences. Editing and removing See Managing your goals.

Practice history and the week tracker

The week tracker The This Week widget on Home (and the summary on the Goals tab) shows how many active days you've had this week (Monday–Sunday) β€” days on which you completed at least one exercise or series. Practice history Open Goals β†’ History to see everything you've practised. - Entries are listed newest first. - Each entry shows what it was β€” an exercise, a series, or a breathing exercise β€” plus the date and duration. - History goes back up to one year. Older entries aren't shown. - Scroll down to load more. What creates a history entry - Finishing an exercise video (one entry per sitting, even with auto-repeat) - Completing a series (one entry for the whole series) Using history History is a good way to look back over a month or a season and see your consistency. It's read-only β€” you can't edit or delete individual entries, and they don't disappear if you delete a goal.

How progress and streaks work

What counts as a session Any of these creates a session that counts toward your goals: - Watching an exercise video to the end - Completing a series - (For class goals) enrolling in a live class Watching the same exercise several times in one sitting counts as one session, with the minutes added together. Weekly goals The week runs Monday to Sunday. Weekly goals reset each Monday. Progress is based only on sessions completed in the current week. - Weekly Minutes – total practice minutes this week - Weekly Sessions – number of sessions this week - Active Days – number of different days you practised this week - Weekly Series – number of series completed this week Daily goals Daily Practice counts the minutes you've practised today (since midnight). It resets every day. Monthly Classes Counts live-class enrolments made in the current calendar month. Streaks Your streak is the number of consecutive days you've practised. - Practising on a day keeps the streak going. - If you haven't practised yet today, your streak isn't broken β€” you still have until the end of the day. The app may send a "streak at risk" nudge in the evening. - Miss a whole day and the streak resets to 0. A Streak Goal is reached when your current streak hits the target number of days. Where you see progress - Goals tab – each goal shows a percentage, a progress bar and a short hint ("8 min left today"). - Home – the Goals widget shows your top 3 goals; "This week" shows active days.

Managing your goals

Open the Goals tab and tap a goal to see its detail page. Edit a goal On the detail page you can change: - the name - the target value - the daily reminder (on/off and time) Weekly and daily history for the goal is shown as a "Last 7 Days" chart and a list of recent sessions. Pause a goal Tap Pause Goal. A paused goal: - stays in your list but is shown as Paused - doesn't appear as urgent on Home - doesn't count toward goal-related badges while paused Tap Resume Goal to reactivate it. Delete a goal Tap Delete Goal and confirm. This can't be undone. Your practice history itself is not affected β€” only the goal is removed. Goal completion When you reach a goal's target for a period you'll see a completion state ("βœ“ Goal reached this week!") and may get a congratulations notification. Weekly goals then start fresh the following Monday.
