Live online and in-person classes
Attending an in-person class
In-person classes are marked In Person and show a location. Before the class 1. Enrol from the class page (see Enrolling in a class). 2. The confirmation shows the date, time and address, e.g. "You are welcome on [date] at [time] at [location]." 3. Tap Navigate on the class page (or the arrow icon on the Home widget) to open directions in your maps app. Checking in at the class Your instructor records your attendance by scanning a QR code from your phone: - If you have a session card, show its QR code — one session is used. See Showing your QR code. - If you have an Unlimited subscription, show your subscription QR code — nothing is deducted. See Unlimited check-in. - If the class is part of a program you're enrolled in, show your program QR code — nothing is deducted. See Checking in to program classes. Open Session Cards from Home or your profile to find whichever QR code applies to you. Swipe between them if you have more than one. No internet at the venue? Your QR codes still work offline as long as you opened the Session Cards screen at least once while online. See Using Eazymoov offline.
Browsing live classes
Open the Classes tab to see upcoming live sessions with instructors. Online vs in person Each class is either: - Online – held over Zoom; you join from anywhere. - In Person – held at a physical location, shown with the address and a Navigate button that opens maps. The class card shows the title, instructor, date and time, level, and how many people are enrolled. Filtering by day Use the day selector to jump to a specific date, or choose Show all to see every upcoming class in order. If there are no classes on a chosen day, the app tells you. Opening a class Tap a class to see the full description, exact timing, location or meeting details, participant limit, and the Enroll button. From here you can also Message Instructor. Recurring classes Some classes repeat on a schedule (for example weekly). Each session is enrolled separately, and each has its own Zoom link. Enrolling in a class
Open a class and tap Enroll. Who can enrol You can enrol if any of these is true: | You have… | What it costs | | --- | --- | | An Unlimited subscription | Nothing — unlimited enrolments | | An active session card | 1 session is deducted per enrolment | | The class is part of a program you're enrolled in | Nothing — it's included | If none of these apply, tapping Enroll opens the plan screen so you can upgrade to Unlimited. A Plus subscription does not include live classes on its own — you'd need Unlimited or a session card. Confirmation After enrolling you'll see a confirmation and you'll get a reminder before the class starts. The class also appears in the Upcoming classes widget on Home. Class full Each class has a maximum number of participants. If it's full, the button shows Class Full and you can't enrol until a spot opens. Unenrolling Open the class and tap Unenroll. If you paid with a session card, that session is refunded to your card automatically. If the instructor cancels You get a notification, and any session used to enrol is refunded to your card. Joining an online class
Online classes are held over Zoom. You need to be enrolled first. When the Join button appears The Join button becomes available 10 minutes before the class starts and stays available while the class is live. Before that, the class page shows "You're enrolled! The join button will appear 10 minutes before the class starts." You'll also get a notification when the class goes live. Joining 1. Open the class from the Classes tab, the Upcoming classes widget, or the card at the top of Home. 2. Tap Join (or Join the Waiting Room if the instructor hasn't opened the meeting yet). 3. Zoom opens. If you don't have the Zoom app installed, your phone will prompt you — installing it gives the smoothest experience. Camera and microphone The first time you join, your phone asks permission to use the camera and microphone so you can be seen and heard. You can join with both off and turn them on later. Problems joining If nothing happens or you see "No meeting link", the instructor may not have set the link up yet — wait a minute and try again. See Can't join a class.
Class reminders, changes and cancellations
Reminders When you're enrolled in a class you'll get: - A "Class starting soon" notification about 15 minutes before the start. - A "Class has started" notification for online classes when it goes live, with a link to join Zoom. You can control whether these arrive as push and/or email in Profile → Notification Preferences (in-app notifications always show). See Notification types and preferences. Rescheduled classes If an instructor moves a class to a new time, you get a "Class rescheduled" notification with the new time. Your enrolment carries over — you don't need to re-enrol. Cancelled classes If an instructor cancels a class you get a "Class canceled" notification. If you paid for that class with a session card, the session is automatically refunded to your card. Recurring classes For a class that's part of a repeating schedule, an instructor may change one session or the whole series. You're notified per session you're enrolled in.
