Turning on push notifications
Push notifications need permission from your phone's operating system and the right category switches inside Eazymoov. 1. Allow notifications for Eazymoov If you skipped the prompt during setup, or tapped "Don't allow": - iPhone: Settings → Eazymoov → Notifications → turn on Allow Notifications. - Android: Settings → Apps → Eazymoov → Notifications → turn them on. The app can also show a shortcut to Settings if it detects notifications are blocked. 2. Check your in-app preferences Open Profile → Notification Preferences and make sure the Push switch is on for the categories you care about. See Notification types and preferences. 3. Sign in on this device Push is tied to the device you're signed in on. If you switched phones, just open the app while signed in — it re-registers automatically. Still nothing? - Check that Do Not Disturb / Focus isn't silencing them. - Make sure the phone has a working internet connection. - Try closing and reopening the app once. - As a fallback, turn on Email for the important categories.
Notification types and preferences

For each category you get a Push and an Email switch. Categories - Class starting soon (15 min) - Class rescheduled or canceled - Class started (join Zoom) - New chat message - Session card expiring soon - Goal reminders & milestones - Badge earned - Streak at risk (tonight) - Reminder to come back & practice - Free trial ending soon - New exercises Turn off any you don't want. In-app notifications for that category still appear in your notification list. The notification list Tap the bell icon to see your notifications, newest first. Tap one to jump to the relevant screen.
