Eazymoov needs an internet connection for most things — streaming videos, browsing classes, chat, and syncing your progress. A few things are designed to work without a connection.
What works offline
- Your session card, subscription and program QR codes. As long as you opened the Session Cards screen at least once while online, the codes are cached and keep rotating offline. An "offline" banner appears and a Retry button lets you reconnect.
- Staying signed in. If the app can't reach the server on startup it falls back to your last known state so you're not logged out.
- Replaying a recently watched exercise, since the video is cached on the device.
What doesn't work offline
- Playing a video you haven't watched recently
- Enrolling in or joining classes
- Chat and support
- Recording new sessions (they sync once you're back online)
At an in-person class with no signal
Open the Session Cards screen before you leave home (while you still have internet). Your QR codes will then work at the venue even with no signal. Swipe between codes to find the right one.
