A session card (also called a stamp card) is a digital 10-session pass for in-person classes, issued by an instructor.
Key facts
- Each card holds 10 sessions.
- A card is valid for 1 year from the day it's issued.
- Sessions are used one at a time when you enrol in or check in to a class.
- Only an instructor can issue a card — you can't buy one in the app.
Getting a card
Ask your instructor at a class. They issue it to your account (by searching your name, scanning a QR code, or linking a physical NFC card). It then appears under Session Cards in the app.
Using sessions
- Enrolling in a class in the app deducts 1 session immediately. Unenrolling refunds it.
- Checking in at an in-person class by showing your QR code deducts 1 session — unless you're already enrolled in that class, in which case it just records attendance.
Card states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Has sessions left and hasn't expired |
| Completed / Full | All 10 sessions used |
| Expired | Past its 1-year validity |
Completed and expired cards move to a Past Cards list.
Running low or expiring
You get a notification when a card is close to expiring so you can use the remaining sessions. If an instructor scanned one time too many, they can remove a session to correct it.
