Once you're enrolled in a program, its exercises and series unlock for you.
The active period
A program has a start date and an end date:
- Before the start date, the content is not yet available.
- Between the dates, the program's exercises and series are unlocked — even if you have no subscription.
- After the end date, that content locks again.
What's included
Only the exercises and series that the instructor added to that program. It does not unlock the rest of the library.
Program exercises show a Program badge in the Exercise tab so you can tell them apart.
Finding your programs
Program-linked content appears alongside the normal library. If you also have an NFC session card, enrolling in a program automatically links it to your card for class check-in.
Classes in the program
The program's live classes can be attended without a subscription or session card — see Checking in to program classes.
Leaving / being removed
If an instructor removes you from a program, or the program ends, the unlocked content is no longer accessible unless you have a subscription or trial.
