Building and following your own exercise series

About series

A series is a set of exercises combined into one flow that you can run back-to-back, with optional rest between each exercise. Think of it as your own personalised routine. Two kinds of series - My Series โ€“ series you create and edit yourself. Private to you. - Official โ€“ series put together by Eazymoov instructors, available to everyone. You can also favourite any series (yours or official) to pin it to your Home screen. Where to find them - Home โ†’ My Series widget, or the Series quick action. - My Series screen has three tabs: My Series, Official, and Favourites. - Filter by level and by duration (under 10 min, 10โ€“20 min, 20 min+). What a series shows Each series has a name, an emoji icon, a level, the list of exercises in order, and an approximate total time (exercise durations plus rest). Creating and editing a series

Create a new series 1. Go to My Series and tap + New (or Create series from the Home widget). 2. Give it a name and, optionally, a description. 3. Choose an emoji icon and a level. 4. Set Rest between exercises โ€“ how many seconds of pause to insert between each exercise (5โ€“60 seconds). 5. Add exercises: - Tap Browse Exercises and search or filter (including a Favourites filter). - Or open Recommendations for suggestions based on the level and categories already in your series. 6. Reorder exercises by pressing and holding an item and dragging it. 7. Save. The total time updates automatically as you add exercises and change the rest duration. Add an exercise from its own page On any exercise detail page, tap Add to Series and pick which series to add it to. Edit a series Open the series and tap edit. You can rename it, change the emoji, level and rest duration, add or remove exercises, and reorder them. If you leave without saving, the app asks whether to discard your changes. Delete a series Open the series, choose delete, and confirm. This only removes the series flow โ€” the individual exercises stay in the library. The "Timeline" view While editing you can switch between the Exercises list and a Timeline view that shows the full running order including the rest gaps.

Following a series

Open a series and tap Start Series. How a run works 1. The first exercise plays. 2. When it finishes, a rest timer counts down (the length you set for the series). During rest you can: - Pause / Resume the timer - Start Now to skip the rest of the pause - See Up next so you know what's coming 3. The next exercise plays, and so on until the last one. You can also tap Next to skip ahead, or Stop to end the run early. Mirrored view If an exercise in the series has a mirrored video, you can switch to Mirrored view during that exercise, the same as when playing it on its own. Completing a series When you reach the end you'll see Series Complete!. The whole run is logged automatically as one series session: - It counts toward goals that track series (Weekly Series) as well as general session and minute goals. - It appears in your practice history as a series. - It can unlock series-related badges. You don't need to log anything manually โ€” the "โœ“ Automatically logged" confirmation tells you it's done.

Official and favourite series

Official series Official series are built by Eazymoov instructors and available to all members. Find them on the Official tab of the My Series screen.
