Creating your account
You can create an Eazymoov account in three ways. All of them are free and don't need a credit card. Sign in with email (one-time code) 1. On the welcome screen, tap Get started, then Sign up with email. 2. Enter your email address and tap Send me a code. 3. Check your inbox. We send you a message with a 6-character code and a sign-in link. 4. Either type the code into the app, or just tap the link in the email on the same phone. The code expires after 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, wait for the Resend code button and check your spam folder. See Sign-in problems if you're stuck. There is no password to remember โ you request a fresh code each time you sign in on a new device. Continue with Google Tap Continue with Google and choose your Google account. Your name and profile photo are filled in automatically. Continue with Apple On iPhone, tap Continue with Apple. You can choose to share or hide your email. If you hide it, Apple gives us a private relay address and everything still works normally. Age requirement By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (linked on the sign-up screen and in your profile). What happens next After signing up for the first time you'll go through a short onboarding and profile setup, then a screen explaining your 7-day free trial.
Your first steps after signing up
The first time you open Eazymoov you go through a short setup. It takes about a minute and everything you choose can be changed later. 1. A few questions You're asked what you're looking for (for example "Start from scratch", "Build a consistent practice", "Reduce stress") and what has held you back before. Your answers personalise which exercises and series the app suggests on your Home screen. 2. Your training level Choose Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. This drives the "For you" suggestions in the Exercises tab and the recommended targets for your first goal. You can change your level any time in your profile. 3. Your first goal Based on your answers, Eazymoov proposes a starter goal โ for example a number of minutes per day or sessions per week โ with a recommended target for your level. You can adjust the number, or remove the goal entirely later. See Creating a goal. 4. Notifications You'll be asked to turn on notifications for class reminders, streak nudges and badge alerts. You can skip this and enable it later โ see Turning on push notifications. 5. Safety disclaimer You'll be asked to confirm you've read a short health-and-safety note. Please do โ it matters. See Health and safety. 6. Improve-the-app consent Finally you choose whether to share anonymous usage statistics. This is optional and doesn't affect anything in the app โ see Privacy and usage data. 7. Name and photo On the profile setup screen, enter your first and last name and optionally add a photo. Your name is what instructors see when you enrol in a class or message them.
How the 7-day free trial works
New Eazymoov accounts get 7 days of full access for free. During the trial you can use everything: all exercise videos, series, goals, and live class enrolment. The timeline | When | What happens | | --- | --- | | Today | Full access unlocked instantly, completely free. | | Day 5 | You get a reminder that your trial is about to end. | | Day 7 | The trial ends and your paid subscription begins. | No payment now You choose a plan (monthly or yearly) when you start the trial, but nothing is charged until day 7. If you cancel before then, you are not charged. Cancelling during the trial Cancel any time before day 7 in your store settings: - iPhone: Settings โ your name โ Subscriptions โ Eazymoov โ Cancel. - Android: Play Store โ profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ Eazymoov โ Cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal. You keep access until the trial's last day. After the trial Your subscription renews automatically at the price you selected unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel it any time โ see Managing your subscription. Checking your trial status Open Profile โ Subscription. It shows your current plan and, while you're in the trial, how many days are left.
What is Eazymoov?
Eazymoov is a movement app for Tai Chi, Qigong and breathwork. It combines three things in one place: - Guided exercise videos at your level, with step-by-step instruction. - Series โ short routines you build yourself by combining exercises into a flow, plus official series put together by instructors. - Live classes โ online sessions over Zoom and in-person classes you can book and attend. Around the practice itself, Eazymoov helps you stay consistent with goals, streaks, badges and a practice history, so you can see your progress build up over time. Who it's for Whether you're completely new to Tai Chi or Qigong, rebuilding a daily habit, or an experienced practitioner looking to go deeper, you set your training level (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) and the app suggests exercises and classes that fit. What you need - An iPhone or Android phone. - An account (you can sign in with email, Google or Apple). - A subscription or an active session card for most content โ see Plans and what's included. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. Languages Eazymoov is available in English, Dutch and French. It follows your device language by default, and you can change it any time in your profile โ see Your profile and app language.
