If you're enrolled in a program, you can attend that program's live classes without a subscription or session card.
Your program QR code
- Open Session Cards (from Home or your profile).
- Go to the Programs section and pick the program.
- Show the program QR code to your instructor at the class.
The QR code refreshes every 90 seconds for security — just keep the screen open and let it rotate. A small countdown shows when the next refresh is due.
What the scan does
- It checks that you're enrolled in the program and that the class belongs to that program.
- It records your attendance. No session is deducted — program check-ins are free.
- The instructor sees a confirmation with your name and the class.
If the scan fails
- Not enrolled – your enrolment isn't active; check with your instructor.
- No active class / class not in program – the class isn't part of this program, or it's outside the class time window (there's a 15-minute grace period around the scheduled time).
- Expired – the QR rotated while scanning; let it refresh and try again.
Offline
Program QR codes work without internet as long as you've opened the Session Cards screen once while online. See Using Eazymoov offline.
