Most content needs an active subscription or free trial. There is one exception: program content.
Program enrolment
If an instructor has enrolled you in a program (or you joined one with an enrollment code), you get access to the exercises and series that belong to that program — even with no subscription — for as long as the program is active.
- Access starts on the program's start date and ends on its end date.
- Outside that window, the program's content locks again.
- Program content unlocks only the specific exercises and series in that program, not the whole library.
See Joining a program with a code and Accessing program content.
Live classes
You can attend live classes without a subscription if:
- the class is part of a program you're enrolled in, or
- you have an active session card from an instructor (each enrolment uses one session).
See Enrolling in a class and About session cards.
Everything else
Browsing the catalogue is always free. Playing an exercise video, starting a series, or creating a goal requires a subscription or trial. When you tap something that needs one, the app shows the plan screen.
