If a message or another member makes you uncomfortable, you have tools to deal with it.
Report a message
In a conversation, open the options on a specific message and choose Report message. Confirm. The message is flagged for review by the Eazymoov team.
Report a user
From the conversation options choose Report user. The person is flagged for review by the team.
Block a user
Choose Block user and confirm. When you block someone:
- You stop receiving messages from them.
- The block is also reported to the Eazymoov team for review.
- The conversation moves to a Blocked section.
Unblocking
Open the blocked conversation and choose Unblock. Messaging resumes.
What we do with reports
Reports go to the Eazymoov moderation team, who review them and take action on accounts that break the rules. You won't always get a direct reply, but every report is looked at.
