If a message or another member makes you uncomfortable, you have tools to deal
with it.

## Report a message

In a conversation, open the options on a specific message and choose **Report
message**. Confirm. The message is flagged for review by the Eazymoov team.

## Report a user

From the conversation options choose **Report user**. The person is flagged for
review by the team.

## Block a user

Choose **Block user** and confirm. When you block someone:

- You stop receiving messages from them.
- The block is also reported to the Eazymoov team for review.
- The conversation moves to a **Blocked** section.

## Unblocking

Open the blocked conversation and choose **Unblock**. Messaging resumes.

## What we do with reports

Reports go to the Eazymoov moderation team, who review them and take action on
accounts that break the rules. You won't always get a direct reply, but every
report is looked at.
