About session cards
A session card (also called a stamp card) is a digital 10-session pass for in-person classes, issued by an instructor. Key facts - Each card holds 10 sessions. - A card is valid for 1 year from the day it's issued. - Sessions are used one at a time when you enrol in or check in to a class. - Only an instructor can issue a card — you can't buy one in the app. Getting a card Ask your instructor at a class. They issue it to your account (by searching your name, scanning a QR code, or linking a physical NFC card). It then appears under Session Cards in the app. Using sessions - Enrolling in a class in the app deducts 1 session immediately. Unenrolling refunds it. - Checking in at an in-person class by showing your QR code deducts 1 session — unless you're already enrolled in that class, in which case it just records attendance. Card states | State | Meaning | | --- | --- | | Active | Has sessions left and hasn't expired | | Completed / Full | All 10 sessions used | | Expired | Past its 1-year validity | Completed and expired cards move to a Past Cards list. Running low or expiring You get a notification when a card is close to expiring so you can use the remaining sessions. If an instructor scanned one time too many, they can remove a session to correct it.
🧘 ExercisesExercise categories (including breathing)
Every exercise belongs to one category. Use the Categories filter in the Exercise tab to focus on one type of practice. | Category | Typical use | | --- | --- | | Tai Chi | Flowing forms and movement sequences | | Qigong | Energy-cultivation exercises, often gentle and repetitive | | Balance | Standing stability and weight-shifting work | | Breathing | Breathwork and breath-focused practice | | Meditation | Still, seated or standing awareness practice | | Warm Up | Short openers to do before a longer session | | Cool Down | Gentle closers to finish a session | Breathing exercises Breathwork lives in the Breathing category. Filter to it to see all breath-focused exercises, then play one like any other exercise — it's logged as a session and counts toward your goals and streak. If you want a daily breathing habit, create a Daily Practice goal and give it a breathing focus — see Creating a goal. Building a themed session Combine a Warm Up, a main Tai Chi or Qigong exercise, and a Cool Down into one series so you can run the whole thing back-to-back. See Creating a series.
💬 MessagesManaging and archiving conversations
The Chat tab has two sections: Active and Archived. Archiving Archiving tidies a finished conversation out of your Active list. 1. In the Chat tab, open the options on a conversation (long-press or the options button). 2. Choose Archive. Note: archiving moves the conversation to Archived for both people, and messaging is paused until someone unarchives it. Unarchiving Open the Archived tab, open the conversation, and choose Unarchive. Messaging is re-enabled for both people. Deleting Members can't permanently delete a conversation — only an instructor can. If you want a conversation removed entirely, ask the instructor, or archive it and/or block the person. Empty states If you have no conversations yet, the Chat tab suggests messaging a teacher from their profile or an exercise page.
🎫 Session CardsLinking a physical NFC card
Some instructors hand out a physical NFC card (a plastic card you tap against your phone). You can link it to your Eazymoov account so its sessions show up in the app. When to link If your instructor gave you a physical card before you had the app — or registered it under just your name — linking it transfers everything to your account. How to link 1. Open your Profile and choose Link physical card (Claim NFC card). 2. Tap Tap Card to Link and hold the physical card to the back of your phone. 3. The app shows the card details it found — check the name is yours. 4. Tap Yes, Link This Card. All sessions on that card are transferred to your account automatically. From then on, the card's QR code in the app works for check-in just like a normal session card. Requirements - Your phone must support NFC and have it switched on (Android: in Settings; iPhone: NFC is always on). - The card must not already be linked to a different account. If it is, the app says so — ask your instructor to sort it out. After linking - You can show either the QR code in the app or tap the physical card at class — both work. - If you enrol in a program, it's automatically linked to the card too.
🧘 ExercisesFavourite exercises
Favouriting keeps the exercises you come back to within easy reach. Adding a favourite Tap the heart icon on an exercise card or on the exercise detail page. The heart fills in to show it's saved. Where favourites appear - Exercises tab – use the Favourites filter to see only your hearted exercises. - Home screen – the Favourite Exercises widget shows them in a row. Tap See all to open the filtered list. - When building a series, the Favourites filter lets you add from your saved exercises quickly. Removing a favourite Tap the filled heart again. It's removed immediately from all the places above. Your favourites are stored on your account, so they follow you to any device you sign in on.
