Eazymoov needs an internet connection for most things — streaming videos,
browsing classes, chat, and syncing your progress. A few things are designed to
work without a connection.

## What works offline

- **Your session card, subscription and program QR codes.** As long as you
  opened the **Session Cards** screen at least once **while online**, the codes
  are cached and keep rotating offline. An "offline" banner appears and a
  **Retry** button lets you reconnect.
- **Staying signed in.** If the app can't reach the server on startup it falls
  back to your last known state so you're not logged out.
- **Replaying a recently watched exercise**, since the video is cached on the
  device.

## What doesn't work offline

- Playing a video you haven't watched recently
- Enrolling in or joining classes
- Chat and support
- Recording new sessions (they sync once you're back online)

## At an in-person class with no signal

Open the **Session Cards** screen **before** you leave home (while you still have
internet). Your QR codes will then work at the venue even with no signal. Swipe
between codes to find the right one.
