Eazymoov has built-in chat so you can ask instructors questions.

## Starting a conversation

You can message an instructor from:

- an **exercise** page → **Message Instructor**
- a **class** page → **Message Instructor**
- the **Chat** tab → **New Conversation** (search for the instructor by name)

The conversation keeps a note of what it started from (a class or an exercise) so
the instructor has context.

## Sending messages

Open the conversation, type in the box at the bottom and send. New replies arrive
in real time while you have the app open, and you get a **"New chat message"**
notification otherwise.

## Read receipts

Messages show as read once the other person opens the conversation.

## Who can message whom

Members message **instructors**. Instructors can also start a conversation with
you (for example about a training plan or a monthly check-in).
