Using Eazymoov without a subscription
Most content needs an active subscription or free trial. There is one exception: program content. Program enrolment If an instructor has enrolled you in a program (or you joined one with an enrollment code), you get access to the exercises and series that belong to that program — even with no subscription — for as long as the program is active. - Access starts on the program's start date and ends on its end date. - Outside that window, the program's content locks again. - Program content unlocks only the specific exercises and series in that program, not the whole library. See Joining a program with a code and Accessing program content. Live classes You can attend live classes without a subscription if: - the class is part of a program you're enrolled in, or - you have an active session card from an instructor (each enrolment uses one session). See Enrolling in a class and About session cards. Everything else Browsing the catalogue is always free. Playing an exercise video, starting a series, or creating a goal requires a subscription or trial. When you tap something that needs one, the app shows the plan screen.
🧘 ExercisesExercise categories (including breathing)
Every exercise belongs to one category. Use the Categories filter in the Exercise tab to focus on one type of practice. | Category | Typical use | | --- | --- | | Tai Chi | Flowing forms and movement sequences | | Qigong | Energy-cultivation exercises, often gentle and repetitive | | Balance | Standing stability and weight-shifting work | | Breathing | Breathwork and breath-focused practice | | Meditation | Still, seated or standing awareness practice | | Warm Up | Short openers to do before a longer session | | Cool Down | Gentle closers to finish a session | Breathing exercises Breathwork lives in the Breathing category. Filter to it to see all breath-focused exercises, then play one like any other exercise — it's logged as a session and counts toward your goals and streak. If you want a daily breathing habit, create a Daily Practice goal and give it a breathing focus — see Creating a goal. Building a themed session Combine a Warm Up, a main Tai Chi or Qigong exercise, and a Cool Down into one series so you can run the whole thing back-to-back. See Creating a series.
🚀 Getting StartedFinding your way around the app
Eazymoov has five main tabs along the bottom of the screen. | Tab | What's there | | --- | --- | | Home | Your personalised dashboard for today | | Classes | Live online and in-person classes to browse and book | | Exercise | The full exercise library, search and filters | | Goals | Your goals, streak, badges and practice history | | Chat | Conversations with instructors | Instructors also see an extra Instructor tab; regular members don't. The Home screen Home is built from widgets that show what's most useful right now: - Suggested exercise for your level - This week – your active-days tracker - Next badge – the badge you're closest to earning - My Series and Favourite Series - Favourite Exercises - Goals – progress on your active goals - Upcoming classes you're enrolled in If a live class you're enrolled in is starting soon, a card at the top lets you join it directly. Customising Home Tap the edit (pencil) icon near the top of Home to: - Reorder widgets – press and hold the ≡ handle and drag. - Hide a widget – tap the eye icon. Hidden widgets move to a list at the bottom; tap one to add it back. Tap Done when you're finished. Your layout is saved on the device. Other screens - Notifications – the bell icon opens your notification list. - Series ("My Series") – opens from the Home quick action or the Exercises tab. - Session Cards – your in-person class QR codes, reached from Home or your profile. - Profile – tap your photo/avatar to open settings, subscription, language, privacy, support and legal.
💬 MessagesManaging and archiving conversations
The Chat tab has two sections: Active and Archived. Archiving Archiving tidies a finished conversation out of your Active list. 1. In the Chat tab, open the options on a conversation (long-press or the options button). 2. Choose Archive. Note: archiving moves the conversation to Archived for both people, and messaging is paused until someone unarchives it. Unarchiving Open the Archived tab, open the conversation, and choose Unarchive. Messaging is re-enabled for both people. Deleting Members can't permanently delete a conversation — only an instructor can. If you want a conversation removed entirely, ask the instructor, or archive it and/or block the person. Empty states If you have no conversations yet, the Chat tab suggests messaging a teacher from their profile or an exercise page.
🧘 ExercisesFinding exercises
Open the Exercise tab to browse the full library. Search Use the search box at the top to find exercises by title. Filters Tap the filter chips to narrow the list: - Levels – Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced - Categories – Tai Chi, Qigong, Balance, Breathing, Meditation, Warm Up, Cool Down - New – exercises added in the last 30 days (also marked with a "New" badge) - Favourites – only exercises you've hearted You can combine filters. The count under the list updates as you filter. "For you" The app highlights exercises matched to the training level in your profile. If you've been practising consistently at your current level, Home may nudge you to try the next level — you can change your level in your profile. Program exercises If an exercise is part of a program you're enrolled in, it shows a Program badge and stays accessible for the program's active period even without a subscription. Opening an exercise Tap any exercise to open its detail page, where you can play the video, add it to a series, favourite it, or message the instructor. See Practising an exercise.
🧘 ExercisesFavourite exercises
Favouriting keeps the exercises you come back to within easy reach. Adding a favourite Tap the heart icon on an exercise card or on the exercise detail page. The heart fills in to show it's saved. Where favourites appear - Exercises tab – use the Favourites filter to see only your hearted exercises. - Home screen – the Favourite Exercises widget shows them in a row. Tap See all to open the filtered list. - When building a series, the Favourites filter lets you add from your saved exercises quickly. Removing a favourite Tap the filled heart again. It's removed immediately from all the places above. Your favourites are stored on your account, so they follow you to any device you sign in on.
